When accessing Canvas through the mobile app it will require editing the courses menu to view specific courses. I have provided the guides below for whether the student may be using an iOS or Android device. 


However, if they are having issue's viewing courses even through the steps shown in the guides, we do suggest some troubleshooting steps to ensure the mobile app is functioning properly. We suggest deleting/un-installing the app entirely from the device, performing a full device restart (powering off and back on) and then re-downloading/installing the app from the app store. If the behavior continues, the student may need to reach out to us directly regarding any additional concerns they may be experiencing and to clarify information further for additional troubleshooting. Hopefully we addressed all of your concerns, but if not, just let us know.
